Senior Client Associate
After moving with my Navy family from Maine, my birthplace, to Virginia Beach and the Azores, I spent most of my childhood in Port Charlotte.
When I was 15 years old, I started working part time after school at a financial services group, initially filing papers and then becoming the receptionist and later, a client services manager.
I handled client requests, helped prepare forms, processed other necessary paperwork and at one point, oversaw two other client services staff people.
It was my only workplace for over 18 years until I joined Landsberg Bennett in September 2018.
My first job taught me a lot about the financial industry — and helped mold me into the person I am today. I love speaking with clients and assisting them in any way I can.
Along the way, I graduated from Port Charlotte High School, where I was a cheerleader, and earned an associate’s degree from Edison Community College and a bachelor’s degree in business management from Hodges University.
When I joined Landsberg Bennett, the team-oriented company culture stood out to me. They’re like working with family. I love the opportunity to assist clients in reaching their financial goals.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with loved ones and reminiscing the wonderful memories spent with my late son, Jay. I also enjoy spending time at my parents’ house on Lake June, where I like to water ski and play games.
I’m excited to be part of the team serving clients here at Landsberg Bennett.
