M.B.A., University of Miami
As long as I can remember, I have had a strong curiosity. This curiosity led me to explore ideas and themes more deeply. Much to the chagrin of my teachers, I was invariably the student with the hand raised asking “why?”
I went to Vanderbilt University for my undergraduate degree and University of Miami for my MBA in finance and international business. From there, I worked for a large mortgage firm in Orlando in the finance department. My role was to analyze the pricing structure for new business. Often dealing with Fortune 500 banks, provided my first experience working in capital markets.
Working in the capital markets has always been my career aspiration. During my tenure with Landsberg Bennett, I earned my Chartered Financial Analyst® designation. The CFA® Program curriculum covers concepts and skills you use at all stages of your career, bridging academic theory, current industry practice, and ethical and professional standards to provide a strong foundation of advanced investment analysis and real-world portfolio management skills.
Everyone at Landsberg Bennett supported me on my path to receive not only the CFA® designation but also admission into the American Mensa society. In my opinion, I think that says something about our firm. The entire team has a commitment to constantly to improve themselves and the business.
In addition to work, I spend a large amount of my free time serving on local non-profits. The trust our clients and the community places with us means so much, and we work diligently to ensure that we are giving back. The volunteer efforts of everyone within the firm is one of my favorite aspects of the team.
Each of us at Landsberg Bennett has unique strengths. Because we work as a team, we are able to focus on those strengths and each of us is able to do what we do best. The goal is to provide a better experience for the client.
